Geography at Salcombe Church of England Primary School

Aligned with our Sailing to Success values, our Geography curriculum helps pupils develop a strong sense of place, fostering curiosity, respect, and an appreciation for diverse environments. Through interactive lessons, virtual fieldwork, and real-world connections, children explore human and physical geography, deepening their understanding of how landscapes, cultures, and communities shape our world.

Our approach ensures pupils:

We also use our beautiful coastal location to explore the human and physical characteristics by boat.
