• Being a staff member at Team Salcombe is like standing in front of a stained-glass window. Every child and adult brings something colourful and bright; when put together it creates a brilliant and vibrant picture. The community that encompasses Team Salcombe are supportive, generous and caring towards the staff. This makes working at the school something that is a pleasure to do even during the most challenging times.

• Being a staff member here at Team Salcombe has been one of the most fulfilling experiences of my career so far. The staff that I work alongside are truly some of the most caring and hardworking individuals that I have met. I am proud to work within a school that values and encourages the views and opinions of the wider community. The parents/carers and children that I have worked with during my time at the school have made me feel so welcome and appreciated. Salcombe Church of England Primary School is one of a kind and I am proud to say that I have been a part of the Team Salcombe journey.
